Rajesh Kakkar has over 35 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Development and as Chief Executive. He is a Management Graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and is a B. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
He was the Chief Executive – Global Strategic Technologies Ltd. where he handled JK Group’s initiative in the Aerospace, Defence and Homeland Security space. He created several new business areas like UAV and security laminates and strategic alliances with several global companies. He also executed the acquisition and integration of Delopt a high-tech aerospace and defence electronics company.
He started his career in sales and marketing with Grindwell Norton Ltd. in diverse industrial products like abrasives, refractories and performance materials. His years with ICI India Ltd. included Explosives where he created and fructified a new business opportunity in a ‘commodity’ market.
As Vice President – Strategic Planning & Business Development with the Samtel group, his role included strategic planning, environment scanning and implementation. He drove Samtel’s acquisition of Thales’ CRT unit in Germany, a relatively rare example of an Indian company taking over a high tech company in a developed country and becoming an Indian MNC. He was responsible for the group’s foray into avionics and defense displays. Samtel’s joint venture with the India’s major aircraft maker, HAL marked a new landmark in this business. He formed a joint venture with Thales to expand Samtel’s defense business to the global market.
Sanjeev Keskar is Chief Executive Officer of Arvind Consultancy. After his successful stint of 35 years in corporate jobs, Mr. Keskar incorporated Arvind Consultancy, an advisory firm in the field of developing High Value Added Eco- System for Semiconductor and Electronics Industry
in India in Nov. 2020.
Prior to this, Mr. Keskar was Managing Director India at Arrow Electronics for India, a leading Electronic component global distribution company from June 2015 to Oct 2020, where he contributed to more than 2X growth of revenue. Earlier he was Managing Director Sales at
PMC-Sierra for five and half years.
He was also elected Chairman of IESA (India Electronics and Semiconductor Association) for
year 2013-14.
Prior to PMC Sierra, he was Country Manager, Sales, at Freescale Semiconductor from 2005 to 2009 where he led design win and revenue growth for the India Sales. Prior to that Mr. Keskar was the Country Manager, India, for AMD Far East Ltd. from 2001 to 2005. There he started the
company’s India operations as the first Country Manager and established AMD India in four years with all major OEM and Channel engagements. Mr. Keskar has also worked at National Semiconductor as Country Manager (1996 – 2001). From 1985 to 1996 Mr. Keskar worked at Max India Ltd. (Avnet India) as Regional Manager, Continental Device India Ltd. as Pune Branch Sales Executive and at SAJ – Froude a Pune based Dynamometer manufacturing
company as Astt. Manager.
Mr. Keskar is “Chief Mentor” of STPI IOT Open Lab at Electronics City, Bangalore.
Mr. Keskar received a Master’s degree in Management Science in Marketing and a Bachelor’s
in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Technology, from Pune University.
Mansi Doshi, is a practicing clinical pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in medicines optimisation and services development in the UK and India. She aptly applies her expertise in medicines use to map developments in health and pharmaceutical care, from research and formulation development to eventual use in practice and pharmacovigilance to support evidence-based medicines information, improved use and health outcomes.
Mansi continues to practice and work across borders, teaches clinical pharmacy at university, is a member of the Academic Advisory committee of one of the National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education & Research in India and is an executive committee member, editor, and collaboration lead for the Academic Section of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) based in The Hague, the Netherlands.

Mayank has over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Portfolio Management and Research &
Analytics. He has worked with Brand Capital (Times Group), Resurgent India, Bank of America and
Sutherland Global before joining Steer Advisors. He also co-founded Sunstone Capital, a boutique
investment banking firm with a focus on consumer facing and tech-enabled businesses.
Over years, Mayank has advised several companies from Technology, Consumer, Packaging and Logistics
industries and at Steer, he spearheads the startup advisory practice.
Mayank holds an MBA from IBS, Hyderabad and earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications
from DAVV, Indore.
Mayank is a certified scuba diver and likes to read and play tennis in his spare time.
Hari has over 26 years of experience in Strategy, Commercial & Business Finance, FP&A and Controllership. He has been a successful business partner to CXOs in several leading organizations such as Wipro Technologies, General Electric, Fidelity Business Services and Ampere Electric.
In his last role, he was the India CFO of Expleo India (Revenue of €100Mn) part of the Paris Headquartered Expleo Group.
Over years, Hari has been part of several transformative initiatives such as M&As, Finance Digitization and setting up of Centers of Excellence.
Hari is a qualified CA, CMA and has completed Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Hari is based out of Bangalore and likes to read, write and follow sports in his free time.
Vikrant has been a hard core banker with a prolific experience in banking of over 2 decades, out of a total career spanning 27 years; with India’s large private sector banks viz. HDFC Bank & ICICI Bank.
He carries rich experience within the Banking domain in the areas of Business Development, Loans, Priority Sector Business, Relationship Management, Operations, Team Building and many such related profiles to his credit.
Vikrant’s role & responsibility includes business development & expansion as also driving deals in the Debt / Private Equity / Venture Capital space.

Sujit’s experience includes both Investment Banking and Private Equity / Venture Capital investments.

Srivatsan’s responsibility includes assisting clients on fund raising through Private Equity, M&A and Structured Debt.
Prior to joining Steer, Srivatsan was a part of a boutique investment banking firm for 6 years. He was actively involved in Equity and Transaction advisory across sectors such as Infrastructure, IT, Renewable and logistics. His area of focus included Business & Risk Analysis, Strategic Planning, Assisting in Due Diligence Activities, Deal Structuring, Valuations and preparation of deal documents: Pitchdeck, Information Memorandum etc.
Srivatsan has done his FRM from Global Association of Risk Professional (USA) and has a Diploma in International Banking from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. He is a graduate in commerce from SIES College of Commerce & Economics.
Rachit’s responsibility includes assisting clients on fund raising through Private Equity, M&A and Structured Debt.
Prior to joining steer, Rachit has around 2 years of experience in the Corporate Finance and Private Equity industry and an internship with a sell-side institutional equity research firm to cover the Sugar sector

Bahadur has over 10 years of experience in Investment & Merchant Banking, Business Valuation, Due Diligence & Audit.
Prior to joining Steer, he worked with Bonanza Group where he was advising the corporate in raising capital through venture capital, private equity, capital market, venture debt & financial Institutions and facilitating strategic M&A, sale of business or alliance opportunities for corporates. He was instrumental in setting up the business valuation vertical of merchant banking at Bonanza Portfolio Ltd. Earlier he had worked with boutique investment bank based out of Mumbai and with financial services firm based out of Bangalore.
Bahadur holds an MBA from R V Institute of Management, Bangalore and graduated in commerce from Ranchi University.
Keval’s responsibility includes assisting corporate on Fund Raising through Private Equity, Venture Capital, Structure Debt & M&A.
Prior to joining Steer Advisors, he has worked with Debt Syndication Company. He has independently handled and successfully raised debt funds by way of Term Loans, Direct Assignments for NBFC clients having PAN India presence. He also has 3 years of articleship experience with Mid-Size CA firm in Mumbai. During articleship, he has worked on due diligence & consultancy assignments, audit & assurance services with exposure in diversified sectors.
He is professionally qualified as Chartered Accountant and graduated with Bachelor’s in Commerce from RA Podar College, Mumbai.
Rupal helps clients raise funds through Private Equity and M&A, involving deal structuring, due diligence, and legal compliance. Prior to joining Steer, she worked at Orbit Financial Capital, Mumbai, for 1.5 years focusing on securing Private Equity funding.
She has 3 years of article ship experience in a Mumbai-based Mid-Size CA firm, specializing in Statutory Audit, Financial Statement Finalization, Tax Audits, and Tax Planning for corporate and non-corporate clients.
She is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s in Commerce from HR College, Mumbai.
Nihar’s responsibility includes assisting clients on fundraising through Private Equity and Structured Debt as well as advising them on M&A transactions.
Preetish’s responsibility includes assisting clients on fundraising through Private Equity, M&A, and Structured Debt.
Prior to joining Steer, he had interned with Hitachi Lift India Pvt. Ltd. in the Accounts and Finance department. Apart from this, he has also interned in the green energy space with KNP Arises where my responsibilities included gathering clients and setting up and facilitating remote operations. He has done his Bachelor’s from Lucknow University, Lucknow, and an MBA in Finance from SP Jain Global.

Prior to joining Steer, I did my internship in the Private Equity department of an Investment Banker based in Mumbai. My role involved assisting in preparation of Information Memorandum, research notes and collaborating with incubators.
I completed my MBA in Finance from IES Management College, Mumbai and graduation in commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.

Sayam has previously worked at Sun Global Investments, London as an Equity Research Analyst. With them he studied and conducted valuations on companies and wrote reports on the same. He has completed his graduation at HR College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai in Bachelors of Financial Markets (BFM). Along with this he is also a CFA Level 2 candidate.

Toshit has worked at Boutique investment banking firm based out of Noida as Investment Analyst, his work responsibilities include deal sourcing, preparing Teasers and Financial Models for the start-up entities. Completed the graduation from Delhi university in Bachelors of Commerce, CA- finalist and CFA Level 1 cleared.
