A Fellow Company Secretary and Law Graduate from India and a Fellow Chartered Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of U.K., Rajesh has focused on quality of growth for STEER as the key ensuring that eco-system that we work with has trust in dealing with us.
Having worked with leading Indian business groups such as Crompton Greaves (Avantha Group), Reliance Industries, Future Capital Holdings (now Capital First Ltd) and Religare Enterprises over 17 years, he has rich experience in M & A transactions, in India & abroad and in PE/VC investments in India.
Rajesh has participated / lead transactions across diverse sectors both in India and in International markets in deals ranging from US $ 2 Mn to US $ 250 Mn representing both corporate and private equity investors. His contributions in transactions includes setting right expectations, strategic advisory, structuring, negotiations and focused execution.
His experience includes working on Board and Committee governance, setting up and monitoring related processes and thereby leading to effective discharge of functions by Directors.
