Rajesh founded STEER Advisory Services Pvt Ltd in 2013.
EXPERIENCE: Founder of STEER Advisors in 2013, Rajesh has concentrated on STEER's quality of growth as the key to ensuring that the eco-system with whom we engage has confidence in doing business with us.
He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, both domestically and internationally, as well as PE/VC investments in India, having worked with leading Indian business groups for over 17 years (before starting STEER in 2013), including Crompton Greaves (Avantha Group), Reliance Industries, Future Capital Holdings (now IDFC First Ltd), and Religare Enterprises.
Rajesh has engaged in or led transactions in a variety of industries in the Indian and international markets, including deals worth USD 2 Mn to USD 1 Bn on behalf of corporate and private equity investors. Setting realistic expectations, strategic advisory, structuring and negotiations and targeted execution are his key contributions to transactions.
His experience includes working on Board and Committee governance, setting up and monitoring related processes and thereby leading to effective discharge of functions by Directors.
